I've been there twice. Once for a party when I worked for Marconi and Heather and I went to look at religious artifacts. Besides that we havent really "visited" it.

I wasnt sure if I was going to like the Children's Museum but I really did. They have Mr Roger's puppets on display also. There are a lot of other cool things but I didn't want to spoil any surprises

I love the Warhol Museum! Taking my nephew to the Children's Museum in a few weeks. Seems like he will love it.

Dude. The Heinz History center is amazing. Make it first on the list. So much to learn about the Burgh, I take all my visiting friends/family there. Pickles, Franco's shoes, super bowl rings...just awesome.

only problem is that there is no proof the owner of the car was the person put it there and who's to say someone didn't push their garbage in front of the car next to them. It would be like me parking my car on the south side and now being responsible for the jag who dumped their ashtray out or dumped their 6pk of Red Bull.

I have one solution to help people stop being pigs. Once the show starts have cops write littering citations to all the people who are parked in the lot and their area is covered by trash.

Thanks! I've thought about joining a brewing club but it always came down to availability. When I worked I was usually on the clock during weekends and now that I'm home my wife usually wants to do things. Hopefully if I find a gig soon I can manage getting into one. I'd really like to join one so I can learn more.

I think I'm the only Erie native who does fish or hunt. I'm sure at one point when I was young my mom probably said I would get hurt and that was the end of it (*ha*). I don't eat fish. I don't touch fish and I can't kill anything fwopping around on a table.

That said, I would be open to giving it a try someday. I know my boys enjoy fishing with their papa Russ so I may try it for them. I could always catch and release like my dad used to with my brother's kids.

Started taking my son Tommy (7 years old) fishing this year as a way 2 spend relaxing time. After initial investment on basic rod/reel setups for him, me, even my wife, turns out its fun :> Used to fish as a kid alot with my Dad and brothers so figured I'd give it a try. We even ate one of the fish we caught on the first day (small mouth bass) roasting it on the Grill. We've been (3) times so far and plan to go more this summer. Hope you find fun things for you and your kids.

my boys do best in woods or water, so we try to hit up Squaw Valley park (throw rocks in creek; slide down huge rainbow slides; throw more rocks in creek), the bubbling brook steps in Highland Park (more rocks in creek), or the water steps. Sort of on a loop all summer!

It was very safe! Unfortunately I had one last night and it was mediocre at best.
